The scope of this project will address both interior and exterior elements and generally includes, but is not limited to: addition of insulation to the building; addition of kitchen cabinets and appliances; accessible improvements to the bathroom; addition of an accessible shower; conversion to accessible doorways; addition of an electric washer/dryer; replacement of interior and exterior lighting fixtures; replacement of existing water heater and furnace with electric heat-pump; removal of existing propane tank; addition of WUI foundation vents and improvements to roof soffits; and addition of outlet for future EV charging. To accommodate the load of all-electric appliances, the project includes upgrading the electrical service panel.
