The principal items of work and approximate quantities are:Clean out and plug eleven (11) Oil/Gas Wells, estimated to be up to 3,000 feet in depth, toDepartment specifications.Prepare and restore well sites/site.Mobilize and demobilize plugging equipment.Beginning on the Issue Date, free copies of bid documents can be obtained by going to www.BidExpress.com, PA Department of Environmental Protection.MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE is scheduled for March 11, 2026, at 9 a.m. Representatives from the Department will meet the contractors at the Parking Area across from Minister Creek Campground on Rt. 666 in Howe Township. 41.6206396, -79.1536190.FAILURE TO ATTEND THE PRE-BID CONFERENCE WILL BE CAUSE FOR REJECTION OF THE BID.
