BIDS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY 10:00 AM ON WEDNESDAY, MARCH 11, 2026, to Aleesha Robinson, at Tybee Island City Hall, 403 Butler Avenue, Tybee Island, GA 31328. A PRE-BID MEETING will be held 1:00PM, MONDAY, MARCH 2, 2026, at the Public Safety Building Conference Room (78 Van Horne) with a Site Visit to follow. Direct all questions in writing to Aleesha Robinson at aleesha.robinson@cityoftybee.gov The City of Tybee Island, GA may (i) reject any, any part of, or all bids and proposals with any party submitting a bid or proposal, or (ii) waive informalities and technicalities, (iii) negotiate directly with any party submitting a bid or proposal, or (iv) accept that proposal which the City of Tybee Island, GA deems to be in its best interest, whether or not it is the lowest dollar proposal
