On February 5, 2026, Puget Sound Energy (“PSE”) issued a Voluntary RFP for Utility-Scale CETA-compliant Energy and Capacity Resources (the “2026 Voluntary Utility-Scale RFP”). The 2026 Voluntary Utility-Scale RFP seeks bids from qualified respondents to supply CETA-compliant clean energy and winter peak capacity.
