Repair and replace equipment to modernize existing elevator to meet current electrical and elevator codes. Perform full replacement of the elevator controller and power unit with electrical work as needed. Update the hoistway, car, machine room, and hallway with code compliant equipment and electrical. Any questions concerning the description of the work contained in the contract documents must be submitted via the Q&A section (left hand menu) for this RFB on the City of Federal Way public procurement portal Euna Procurement at https://federalway.bonfirehub.com. The questions must be received by the City on or before March 18, 2026 at 5:00 PM to allow a written reply to reach all prospective Bidders before the submission of their bids.
