Description

Work includes approx 550 LF 8"-10" sanitary relief sewer; 5 new manholes, 5 stub out tie-ins to existing sanitary lines, the coring of an existing manhole, the repair or reconnection of 13 existing sanitary laterals, 6,500 LF storm and sanitary sewer rehabilitation; 25 existing manhole rehabilitations, and 4-point repairs to existing sewers. General site work includes clearing, grubbing, tree cutting, pavement repair, concrete repair, and seeding and mulching. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. Work locations Laird Avenue SE, Belle Street SE, and Iddings Avenue SE.This procurement is subject to the EPA policy of encouraging small business participation in rural areas (SBRAs).
