Bids for Olympia Regional Airport – Taxiway and Apron Reseal Project, will bereceived until the public bid opening will be conducted at 626 Columbia St. NW, in theOlympics room at 2:00 PM, on the 25th day of March 2026, at which time the bids willbe publicly opened and read aloud. Any bids received after the time for opening cannotand will not be considered.The scope of work being considered is:1. Narrow crack repair of Taxiway B, Taxiway D, Taxiway E, and the transient tiedown apron;2. Wide crack repair of Taxiway B, Taxiway D, Taxiway E, and the transient tie downapron;3. Limited asphalt patching of Taxiway B, Taxiway D, Taxiway E, and the transienttie down apron;4. Surface seal of approximately 63,980 SY of Taxiway B, Taxiway D, Taxiway E,and the transient tie down apron;5. Pavement marking removal;6. New pavement markings; and7. Allbidders and potential subcontractors are encouraged to attend. At this meeting, questionsconcerning the Contract Documents and the proposed work will be discussed. A tour ofthe project site will be conducted after the meeting.
