25/26-050 - H.V.A.C. Maintenance and Installation

The purpose of this bid is to a) Maintenance and Service Establish a price structure for immediate maintenance and service for the H.V.A.C. equipment throughout the Participating Districts, and b) Replacement in Kind Establish a price structure upon which blanket orders may be issued for the replacement in kind of H.V.A.C. equipment and systems, and c) New Installation Establish a price structure for installations of NEW H.V.A.C. equipment systems, other than maintenance and repair, and associated design when required for said H.V.A.C. equipment systems, where the individual purchase of equipment does not exceed $20,000 (furnish and deliver only) or the public works project (installation or construction) cost does not exceed $35,000. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement.
