Description

Base Bid Construction of ADA accessible route including curb and barrier free ramps and sidewalk and, furnish and installation of new ADA push button actuators and operators and required electrical work on two (2) existing main entrance doors and other related incidental work. Alternate Bid No. 1 Remount and reset ADA parking area signage. Principal items of work in the project include Base Bid 1 L.S. Mobilization, Site Preparation and Cleanup 35 S.Y. Concrete Sidewalk, 4" Thick 13 L.F. Curb 1 L.S. ADA Barrier Free Ramp and Handrail 10 S.F. Detectable Warning Surface 1 L.S. ADA Door Improvements Alternate Bid No. 1 1 L.S. Remount and Reset ADA Parking Area Signage. This solicitation has some or all Federal funding, additional requirements may apply. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement.
