Description

Provide preliminary engineering design for the renovation of the East Grandstand Columbia County Fairgrounds. Consultant services will be for structural design; Geotechnical Engineering; Environmental analysis and permitting, including SEPA, Cultural Resources, etc.; Final PS&E preparation. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
