City of Asheville Municipal Building(Request for Prequalification)

Seeking qualify construction trade contractors to submit bids for furnishing labor, materials, equipment and tools for the Asheville Municipal Building. Project consists of the demolition and replacement of an elevated apparatus bay slab. Offices and rooms located below the slab will be demolished to facilitate the slab replacement. The reconstruction of these spaces is included in project scope. A portion of the building will remain occupied; occupant located within construction area will need a new office built out prior to start of slab demolition. This build out is included in project scope. Black and Hispanic MWBE goal- 8.38%. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
