Description

Construction of a new (3) three story, 277,000 SF middle school with associated site work. Work includes 3798-1 general construction; 3798-2 site construction; 3798-3 heating, ventilating and air conditioning construction; 3798-4 plumbing construction; 3798-5 electrical construction; 3798-6 fire protection construction; 3798-7 food service construction. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. A Pre-Bid Conference was held on Thursday, February 26, 2026 at 10 AM, prevailing time, the Administrative Offices of the State College Area School District, 240 Villa Crest Drive, State College, PA State College, Pennsylvania 16801. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement.

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by Kansas City Board of Public Utilities ('Purchaser') for a Workforce Management Software solution. The scope includes absence management, scheduling, time & labor, and related automations to improve productivity, redual review, and support effective allocation of resources.
