This project is for the installation of an individual septic system and community water connection for a new home. The individual on-site septic system shall include 4” solid sewer pipe; one underground two-way cleanout; one 1,000-gallon concrete two-compartment septic tank with filter (Orenco Biotube FTS0444-36 or equivalent); one 1,000-gallon concrete pump tank with effluent pump (Orenco PF100511 High Head 10 GPM or equivalent), pump vault (Orenco PVU68-1819 or equivalent) and controls; auto-flush headworks (Geoflow DripFilterECO or equivalent); 1” effluent supply and return line (approximately 150 linear feet); a subsurface drip system drainfield (approximately 684 SF) with ¾” manifold and vacuum relief valve per County-approved design, and abandonment of one existing septic tank per state and local codes.
