Qualified insurance providers to submit proposals for providing accident and illness insurance coverage for Louisa county volunteer fire and rescue agencies. Requested coverages Accidental Death & Dismemberment Catastrophic Loss $100,000; Accident Medical Expense (no deductible) $500,000; Accident Total Disability (*If actively employed) Payment period to age 70 $1,000 (weekly amt); Accident Total Disability (*If not actively employed) Payment period 104 weeks $100 (weekly amt); Accident Partial Disability Payment period to age 70 Varies based on wages; see attached file.
Period of contract from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027 renewable four (4) successive one (1) year terms upon mutual agreement.
