Citywide On-call Parks, Playgrounds, and Amenities Maintenance, Repair and Inspection Services (RFP)

Provide comprehensive on-call parks, playgrounds, and amenities maintenance, repair, and inspection services for city-owned parks, street medians, open space areas, and other public facilities throughout the city. Surfacing maintenance (safety rubber, sports hardscape, hardscape, and engineered wood) for safety, aesthetics, and depth. Cleaning and repair of play structures, swings, slides, and climbing elements. Inspection and maintenance of shade structures, benches, picnic tables, fencing, and block walls. Inspection of playgrounds and parks for safety and regulations compliance. Painting and refinishing play structures, site furnishings, and amenities. Replacement and repair of park and other city signage. Inspection and repair of park area and sports field lighting. Electrical troubleshooting and repairs for park amenities.
