Livermore Community Park Phase V Project

The City of Folsom, Parks & Recreation Department is requesting proposals for the Livermore Community Park Phase V Project. This project is located at the intersection of Riley Street and McAdoo Drive. The work to be done consists of, but is not limited to, furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment to construct a parking lot and approximately 0.2 miles of a Class I trail connection. This includes but is not limited to all site preparation, earthwork, grading; storm water retention improvements; dry utilities; site furnishing; site paving and hardscape; irrigation; planting; and all miscellaneous work as shown on the Contract Documents.
