Sun Prairie Engineering/Public Works is seeking a contractor for the 2026 street rehabilitation project to improve infrastructure.

Description

Work includes approx. 2,200 LF of curb and gutter replacement; 21,000 SY of bituminous concrete; 3,500 SF of concrete sidewalk; 21,000 SY of Asphalt pulverization/milling; 28 EA of manhole adjustment; 17 EA of water valve box adjustment; clearing and grubbing; 1,149 LF of 30" curb and gutter w/ base; 432 LF of 18" pavement markings; Tree removal; 5 EA of dust control; This solicitation has some or all Federal funding, additional requirements may apply. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement. Locations Talon Place, Sapphire Drive, Huntington Drive, Rustic Drive and Colony Circle.

The scope includes absence management, scheduling, time & labor, and related automations to improve productivity, redual review, and support effective allocation of resources.
