Description

Provide qualified, licensed, and experienced contractors will perform on-call painting and pressure washing services for both interior and exterior surfaces. Work may include preparation, surface cleaning, minor repair, and the application of protective or decorative coatings to diverse substrates. Projects will range from office repainting to large-scale pressure washing of building exteriors, roofs, and concrete surfaces. Question Submission Deadline March 29, 2026, 12:00am. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. There is a 15% participation goal of SBE's. Initial term 1 year, with the option to renew for up to two (2) additional two-year terms. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement.
