Airport Financial Consulting Services (RFP)

Provide engage qualified consultants to provide comprehensive financial, strategic, and operational advisory services; these services will ensure effective management of financial resources, compliance with regulatory requirements, and optimization of revenue streams while advancing the department's long-term capital and operational objectives. The selected consultant(s) will deliver expert analysis and guidance to strengthen fiscal sustainability, mitigate risk, and enhance the department's ability to meet evolving industry standards and stakeholder needs. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. Question Submission Deadline February 24, 2026, 12:00pm. This Agreement shall be effective and commence as of the date first written above and shall end three (3) years from effective date. The Initial Term may be extended by the Director for two (2) additional one-year (1-year) options, for a possible total term of five (5) years.This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement.
