Description

Air conditioning upgrades to existing classrooms. Subtrades electrical. Pre-bid conference Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend a site visit at 20 Lydia St, Springfield, MA 01109 scheduled for March 25, 2026 at 3:30 PM. Questions must be submitted in writing to the City (nwalker@springfieldcityhall.com) by close of business on 3/27/26 for sub-bidders, and 4/10/26 for general contractors in order to be considered. MWBE 20%. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement. Filed sub-bids for the trades listed below will be received until 2:00 PM on April 8, 2026, and publicly opened, forthwith online.
