ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS 00 11 13 Page 1 of 1 DOCUMENT 00 11 13 ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR JEANIE STEVENS PARKING LOT & TRAIL IMPROVEMENTS Sealed Bids for the construction of the Jeanie Stevens Parking Lot & Trail Improvements will be received by Tremonton City, at the City Office, 102 South Tremont Street, Tremonton, UT, until 11:30 am local time on March 18, 2026, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project consists of seal coat treatment and striping for existing Jeanie Stevens parking lot, generally located at 614 N 1000 W. The project has an Engineer’s Estimate of $24,739.50. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Form. All documents listed in paragraph 7.01 of the Bid Form must be submitted. No pre-bid conference will be held. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Jones & Associates Consulting Engineers, 6080 Fashion Point Drive, South Ogden, Utah, (801) 476-9767. Questions related to the Bidding Documents are to be submitted in writing to Chris Breinholt, chrisb@jonescivil.com no later than 5:00 pm March 16, 2026. Bidding Documents may be viewed and purchased online at www.jonescivil.com. Following registration and payment of $20.00, complete sets of Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the Issuing Office’s website as portable document format (PDF) files. Upon request, a printed copy of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office for $40 per copy. Costs related to obtaining the Bidding Documents is non-refundable.
