Bachman WTP Liquid Ammonium Sulfate Facilities and Clearwell Mixing Improvements. Work generally consists of the following 1. Construction of the Bachman Water Treatment Plant Liquid Ammonium Sulfate (LAS) Facility and Clearwell Mixing Improvements project, including a. LAS storage and feed facility, including outdoor LAS bulk storage and containment area and an LAS feed building b. LAS feed piping from feed facility to application points, including new application point connections and chemical injection c. Addition of concrete baffles to Clearwell 1 mixing chamber d. Paving and grading, trench/excavation safety system, storm water pollution prevention plan & control, spill prevention, control and countermeasure work, e. Other civil, electrical, and I&C for an operable system f. Repair and reconstruction of existing improvements affected by the Work, and incidentals for complete and usable facility.
