Description

Improvements on Ave A from S. 6th Street to the alley east of S. 2nd Street and improvements on 4th Street from Central Avenue to Ave A. Construction work includes water utilities, drainage infrastructure, enhanced pedestrian, bike, and vehicular mobility, landscaping, and signage. The selected Contractor shall complete the work within 182 consecutive calendar days from Notice to Proceed. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
