Town of Austerlitz Columbia County New York Public Notice PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Austerlitz, Columbia County, New York, is soliciting sealed bids for the furnishing of Lawn Cutting and Ground Maintenance for Town properties.  Bids must be sealed and be received by mail or delivery to the office of the Town Clerk, Town Hall, PO Box 238, 816 Route 203, Spencertown, New York, 12165 no later than 9:00 am on April 2, 2026, when they will be opened and read aloud.  Bids will be awarded within a reasonable amount of time thereafter. By Order of the Supervisor March 4, 2026 Susan Haag, Town Clerk Bidding Documents Non-Collusive Bidding Certificate Bid Specifications for Grounds Maintenance Public Notice Request for Proposals for Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE) for the Town of Austerlitz NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Austerlitz (the “Owner”) invites sealed bids for the installation of three (3) single wall-mounted level 2 port plug-in electric vehicle (PEV) charging stations to be located in the Town of Austerlitz Highway Garage, 714 State Route 203, Spencertown/Austerlitz, NY 12165. The end result should be turnkey charging stations ready to operate. The complete RFP is available at the Town Hall or on the Town website: austerlitzny.gov . All bids must be received by 10:00am, Thursday, December 11, 2025 to be considered . Any bid received after the deadline cannot be considered. Sealed bids are to be marked on the envelope as “Bid for Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment”. The bids will be opened by the Town Clerk in the view of the public at 10:15 am on Thursday December 11, 2025 and will be considered by the Town Board at the Town Board meeting on December 18, 2025. Acceptance of bids hereunder and the awarding of contract by the Town of Austerlitz shall be contingent upon the bid being acceptable to NYSERDA and being in an amount acceptable to the Town Board as authorized and required by law.
