Description

Work consist of remove one story house structure and foundation, remove attached and unattached out-building structures and foundation(s) and all additional concrete structures, excavate and remove septic tank, remove all trees on site. Remove stumps. All tree debris to be removed from site, backfill house and other excavation sites with imported black dirt surfacing as required, remove electrical service pole, all backfilled and graded areas to be topped with a minimum of 8" topsoil, stabilized and seeded (hydroseed or broadcast). This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
