Clearlake City is seeking road improvement services including earthwork, water main work, and storm drain installation for the 36th Ave project.

Description

Work includes 1,200 CY earthwork; 1 EA adjust existing water valve to grade; 10 EA adjust existing water meter box to grade; 180 LF 8" PVC c-900 water main; 9 EA 3/4" water service, meter, and 1" lateral; 2 EA 2x3/4" water services, 2xmeters, and 1.5" lateral; 40 LF 1.5" water service lateral, no meter; 105 LF 2.5" sleeve for water service; 1 EA fire hydrant, lateral, and appurtenances; 2 EA connect with existing water main; 5 EA 16" drop inlet; 2 EA 18" drop inlet; 2 EA 24" circular inlet; 55 LF 15" corrugated HDPE storm drain type s; 25 LF 12" cmp culvert see attached file. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. Question Submission Deadline April 2, 2026, 5:00pm. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement.
