4 ea portable changeable message sign (ea); 1.9 ton asphaltic emulsion (fog seal coat); 1500 ton micro-surfacing; 970 ea pavement marker (retroreflective). This solicitation has some or all State funding, additional requirements may apply. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement. 3% DVBE Requirement * Small Business Preference applies. 5% SBE Requirement
