Description

Operate and manage the Allison Point Campground. Operator shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, and services necessary to operate and maintain the campground, including facility and janitorial maintenance, site supervision, resource protection, visitor services, and fee collection. The City intends to enter into an operating agreement for an initial term of three (3) years. The agreement may be renewed for up to two (2) additional one-year terms at the discretion of the City and subject to mutual agreement. Additional contact Lisa Anderson, landerson@valdezak.gov.
