Description
The Village of Oswego will be accepting sealed bids for the Watermain Replacement: Main Street Project. The electronic bid opening may be accessed by following this link:Oswego Bid Openings Project Title: ITB Watermain Replacement: Main Street Electronic bids must be submitted to DemandStar (Euna OpenBids) no later than April 7, at 10:00 AM. Hard-copy submittals will not be accepted. Bidders are advised of the following requirements of this contract: Questions regarding this bid opportunity must be in writing and emailed directly to bids@oswegoil.org until March 27th, 3:00 PM local time. Responses will be posted in addendum format by April 1st, 2026, by 5:00 PM. The bidder shall at all times observe and conform to all laws, ordinances, and regulations of the Federal, State, and Village which may in any manner affect the preparation of bids or the performance of the contract.
