Dougherty Farmstead Community Garden RFP

The City of Duvall is soliciting letters of interest and proposals from individuals,associations, groups and organizations that are interested in the rental and usage of up toapproximately one acre community garden at 26524 NE Cherry Valley Road, known as theDougherty Farmstead. Previously selected proposers have included activities such ascreating community food forests, planter beds with individual garden plots, eventspaces, and educational training and experiences. Proposals should be consistent withthe historical use of the property as a farm and open space such as growing agriculturalcrops.Proposals are due on March 26, 2026.
