Description

2026 Annual Road Construction Contract for the Town of Blackstone, Hopedale, Mendon, and Millville including hot mix asphalt milling and paving; reclamation and pulverization; sand and chip seal; full depth pavement and/or reconstruction; minor drainage structure repair; new curb and sidewalk construction and/or reconstruction; and incidental work. Contract will be awarded to lowest, responsible and eligible bidder for each group 1-8 respectively. All bid prices will be held until 04/27
