Description
a. The classroom work shall include, but is not limited to, painting, installing resinous flooring, Air Conditioning work, lighting work, ceiling replacement, providing compressed air lines, and replacing doors and frames. b. The Module shops work shall include, but is not limited to, touch-up painting, infilling existing gates, installing emergency eyewash and shower stations, replacing existing handwashing stations, removing old equipment and utility lines, and replacing the compressed air lines. c. The IT room work should include, but not be limited to, painting, lighting, and providing the IT infrastructure needed for the campus to install its IT systems. d. The Dry labs/ classroom work shall include, but is not limited to, painting, Air Conditioning work, lighting work, replacing the compressed air lines, and replacing doors and frames. e. The Tool Room work shall include, but is not limited to, painting, installing resinous flooring, Air Conditioning work, lighting work, ceiling replacement, providing compressed air lines, and replacing doors and frames. f. The steam cleaning storage building work shall include, but is not limited to, touch-up painting, exterior painting, removing old equipment and utility lines, replacing the oil separator, and providing an oil holding tank inside the compound. g. Complete data and security infrastructure (including outlet boxes, junction boxes, raceways, backboards, open-cable supports, and pullstring) for the areas shown on drawings. Cabling and equipment will be by others.
This solicitation has some or all State funding, additional requirements may apply. Requests for substitutions regarding the IFB and its requirements, must be submitted to the Technical
Representative of the Procurement Officer (TRPO), Gregory Tanaka via E-mail at tanakagk@hawaii.edu no later than 4:00 p.m. HST on March 16, 2026. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement.
