Description

Asphalt oils, tack oils, sealcoat oils, and fog sealing. The estimated total usage for sealcoat oil in 2026 is 259,000 gallons of oil (approx. 88,700 gals. of Polymer). Scheduled use of sealcoat oil will be approx. August 3rd - 28th, 2026. Asphalt oils and tack coat between May 1 thru October 15, 2026. See attached file. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by Kansas City Board of Public Utilities ('Purchaser') for a Workforce Management Software solution. The scope includes absence management, scheduling, time & labor, and related automations to improve productivity, redual review, and support effective allocation of resources.
