Description

Seeks to Purchase Specialized technical consulting and training services to optimize mechanical wastewater treatment facilities. The goal is to reduce point source nutrient output (nitrogen and phosphorus) to streams and reduce energy consumption through low-cost operational changes using existing equipment, rather than requiring capital infrastructure upgrades. This solicitation has some or all State funding, additional requirements may apply.
