Description

Project includes demolition, grading, utilities, lighting, installation of PCC paving, fencing, permanent seeding, and tree plantings. Other associated improvements include building ticket structure construction (add alt #01), unit price for paving replacement (ADD ALT #02), subgrade preparation, storm sewer, subdrain, erosion control, temporary traffic control, signage, pavement markings, tree installation, and miscellaneous associated work necessary to complete the project. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for April 2nd, 2026, 3:30 PM., local time at the BFCSD District Office 300 Garfield Street, SW, Bondurant, IA. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
