Description

Work includes complete removal and replacement of roofing system, blocking, flashings, edge metals, and masonry through wall flashings on entire building. Removal and resetting of mechanical hvac units, preparation for solar readiness, acm removal, subsurface storm drainage tie-ins, and modifications. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. Q&A deadline 04/01/2026 at 2:00 PM and 03/18/2026 at 2:00 PM EDT for filed sub-bids. Q&A deadline Wednesday, March 25, 2026 at 2:00 PM. MBE goal 4.4%; WBE goal 10.1%; VBE/SDVOBE goal 3%. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement.
