Sealed bids plainly marked “McCollum Park Pickleball & Basketball Court Renovation” and addressed “Secretary, Board of Park Commissioners” shall be received on or before 2:00 p.m. Thursday, April 9, 2026 at the Administrative Offices of the Downers Grove Park District, 2455 Warrenville Road, Downers Grove, IL 60515, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Plans and specifications may be obtained from the Park District Administrative Office beginning on Monday, March 16, 2026. Digital copies are available at no charge by calling (630) 960-5451 or via email at paulfyle@dgparks.org. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, March 26, 2026 on the basketball courts at McCollum Park, 6801 Main Street, Downers Grove, IL 60516. The Downers Grove Park District reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
