Smart scale - roundabout - storm sewer pipe, manhole, drainage modify existing structure, excavation, aggregate base material, asphalt concrete, saw-cut asphalt concrete (full depth), erosion control, median strip, 4" hydraulic cement concrete sidewalk, sign, pavement marking. This solicitation has some or all Federal funding, additional requirements may apply.
