Assateague State Park - Maintenance Buildings Metal Siding Replacement

Work consists of replace metal siding, exterior personnel doors and exterior lighting on three maintenance shop buildings. Work also includes remove and replace metal siding (approx 1,500 SF) on the front elevation of the building. To include overhead door trim, base trim, door trim and outside corners; remove and replace the metal siding from the building base to the first steel girt (approx 850 SF) on the side and rear building elevations; remove and replace exterior lighting located at each overhead door and personnel door; shall remove and replace metal siding (approx 1,000 SF) on the front elevation of the building. To include overhead trim, base trim, door trim and outside corners; remove and replace three (3) steel personnel doors. To include steel jambs, hinges, closers, panic bars and exterior metal trim.
