Description

PCMC is inviting Bids from qualified persons or firms (“Respondent”) to provide 2026 Pavement Management Program for the 2026 summer construction season. Public Works (“PW”) is a department of Park City Municipal Corporation (the “City” or “PCMC” or “Owner”) located in Summit County, Utah. The PW department has been designated by the City to maintain the City’s roadways by inspecting, facilitating and managing the annual Pavement Management Program. This Invitation for Bids (“IFB”) includes four separate bids schedules detailing work that will be completed in the 2026 construction season, between July 7 and October 30, 2026.
