Ada County Courthouse Clerk/Treasurer Remodel Phase II 2026

Work includes construction of a project identified as better utilization of existing space in the clerk's office and treasurer's office. Project consists of selective demolition and remodel of portions of the existing first floor Treasurer and Clerks office area approx. 12,500 SF Conditions, to include, but not limited to, modifications to existing framing, and openings, finishes, ceilings, mechanical, and electrical systems. Work consists of selective demolition of transaction counters, flooring, and portions of ceilings. The remodel work is composed of patching and repair of portions of the existing, transaction counters, new partition assemblies, doors, storefront assemblies, glazing, paint, sealants, tile carpeting, HVAC modifications, sprinkler modifications, alarm modifications, electrical, tele-data, and A/V systems.
