DNR Email Campaign to Targeted Environmental Audience

There are NO BID DOCUMENTS for this posting.  This is a sole source notification only.It is the intention of the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR) to establish an agreement with Star Tribune Media to notify certain subscribers, via email notification, about the Minnesota Conservation Volunteer (MCV) publication.  The email notifications will be established from a targeted database that the Star Tribune maintains.  This database has demographic information on conservation minded individuals that are interested in the environment, and no other vendor has such a database that we are aware of.  These email notifications will be created to promote contributions and new subscriptions to the MCV publication. The DNR has deemed this a sole/single source because of the database being maintained solely by Star Tribune Media. No other company can act on behalf of Star Tribune Media and can provide the database.
