Air Service Consulting Services (RFP)

Provide professional air service consulting services, including support for air service development, Essential Air Service (EAS) programs, and airline recruitment. Services may include, but are not limited to, Business Case Development; Airline Recruitment and Engagement; Stakeholder Conference Calls and Coordination; Airline Planner Meetings; Community Engagement; Catchment leakage study. The anticipated contract term is one (1) year from the date of execution, with two (2) optional one-year renewals at the discretion of the City, subject to final contract negotiations.
