CAMBRIDGE HOUSING AUTHORITY PURCHASING DEPARTMENT REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS YARDI HOUSING AND VOUCHER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION SUPPORT The Cambridge Housing Authority (CHA) is seeking to engage a qualified and experienced partner to provide ongoing support, advisory services, maintenance assistance, and implementation support for CHA’s Yardi Housing and Voucher Management System. The selected partner will assist with current implemented modules, modules scheduled for implementation, and defined PHA‑related implementation activities. The purpose of this engagement is to ensure stable, compliant, and efficient system operations across CHA’s Yardi environment. The Not-to-Exceed amount for this project is $150,000.00 per year.
