2026 Taxilane Reconstruction

Project provides for the reconstruction of asphalt hangar area taxilanes at Park Rapids Municipal Airport (Konshok Field). Major items of work for the project include asphalt pavement removal; grading and drainage improvements; aggregate base construction; asphalt paving; concrete valley gutter construction; aircraft tie-down installation; erosion control and turf establishment. Approximate quantities of major items of work are as follows Mobilization 1 LS; Traffic Provisions 1 LS; Sediment Control 1 LS; Asphalt Pavement Removals 8,000 SY; Common Excavation 3,000 CY; 6" Aggregate Base 5,000 SY; Plant Mixed Asphalt Pavement 1,200 Ton; Pavement Markings 1 LS; Turf Establishment 1 LS; Concrete Valley Gutter 400 LF; Aircraft Tie-Down Construction 30 EA.
