Calexico is seeking alley improvement services for phase III of the 2026-100 alley project.

Description

Work shall include 1 LS mobilization; 12,800 SY 12" of subgrade removal and disposal and compaction of existing material to 90%; 13,000 SY furnish and install 12" class ii base compacted to 95%; 4,020 SF remove & replace concrete driveway approach and existing sidewalk; 430 LF new curb and gutter. Include sawcut and removal existing ac to allow for construction of new PCC concrete curb & gutter; 2 EA double adjustment water valve; 59 EA double adjustment water meter; 1 EA adjust sewer manhole; 470 LF construct pavement extension joint; etc, see attached file. This solicitation has some or all State funding, additional requirements may apply. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement.

The scope includes absence management, scheduling, time & labor, and related automations to improve productivity, redual review, and support effective allocation of resources.
