Description

Abate, demolish and remove improvements, remove junk, and cut and clean lot. 1. Termination of water and sewer connections at the property line (city meter/sewer laterals) prior to beginning demolition work. 2. Demolition and removal of a structure, overgrowth, structural debris, structure contents, improvements, and any junk. 3. Underbrush, overgrowth, and all debris must be removed from the property. All trees, except for those that are dead, shall remain. Scheduling of demolition shall be coordinated through Jennipher Buller, (352)-629-8309, jbuller@ocalafl.gov.
