a. Building 7881 DA Replace existing mechanical system on the second floor, acoustic ceiling tiles, grid system, and light fixtures, in the rooms indicated on the drawings. b. Building 7877 PS Replace existing mechanical systems on first and second floors, acoustic ceiling tiles, grid system, and light fixtures, in the rooms indicated on the drawings. c. Building 7878 BS Replace existing mechanical systems on first and second floor, acoustical ceiling tiles, grid system, and light fixtures, in the rooms indicated on the drawings. d. Building 7882 CC - Cafe Replace existing mechanical/ plumbing system, acoustic ceiling tiles, grid system, light fixtures, flooring, and food service equipment/ appliances, as indicated on the drawings. This solicitation has some or all State funding, additional requirements may apply.
