City of Oxford, MS (T-NR-E) The Mayor and Board of Aldermen of the City of Oxford, Mississippi, will receive sealed bids on the following: Development Services Annex The CITY OF OXFORD is seeking bids from vendors to provide demolition and remodel services to the Development Services Annex at 717 Molly Barr Road Oxford, MS 38655. Bidders should download and review plans and specifications through the City of Oxford’s bid portal in order to be added to the plan holders list. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled at the City Hall Conference Room on Wednesday, March 25th at 11:00 am. Prospective bidders are highly encouraged, but not required to attend. Bids may be submitted via hand-delivery, US Mail, or electronic submission ( www.oxfordmsbids.com ). All bids are due on or before 1:00 pm, Friday, April 10th, 2026. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check not less than 5% of the total bid amount. Bids that do not include a bid security will be considered unresponsive.
