2026 Targeted Retrofit - Gustavus Adolphus

Work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, skills, and performing all operations required to fully construct the Work. The Work includes, but is not limited to, mobilization and\r demobilization; traffic and pedestrian control to perform the work; furnishing, installing, maintaining, and removing erosion controls facilities including, but not limited to, sediment logs, erosion control blanket, and inlet protection; cutting and disposing of curb and gutter; cutting and disposing of asphalt pavement;\r removal of sod; soil excavation, removing excavated materials, grading for construction of rain gardens, salvaging and replacing topsoil; installation of rain gardens including filtration and planting soils; excavating and installing storm inlet structures, storm sewer piping, perforated draintile, and connections, connecting to existing storm sewer manholes by St. Paul approved contractor; constructing bituminous parking lot pavement; constructing concrete curb and gutter; cast-in-place concrete and reinforcement; installation of decorative fencing; site restoration with trees, perennial plantings, seed, and mulch; all as provided for in the Bidding Documents.
